What is the warranty on your comforters and featherbeds? What is not covered?

If you are not completely satisfied with your comforter during the first 30 days, return it to us for your choice of a complete refund of your money or exchange. After that, all of our comforters made with European fabric are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years from date of purchase. The use of a duvet cover is required to maintain your warranty. We are not responsible for damage, abuse, or improper care.

Our featherbeds are guaranteed according to the same terms and conditions for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Of course, our lawyers tell us that we have to say that where permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
