Easy. We will gladly adjust the firmness of your pillow any time within one year of the date of purchase. We charge only for additional down or feathers added and return freight. And, you can request as little as one ounce, or as much fill as you would like. We'll stuff it to your heart's content. That's DeWoolfson service!

Please note that any down removed must be returned to you in a separate bag which you may use if needed at a later time. All down is reasonably priced per ounce. Please inquire.
