The fabric and construction of all DeWoolfson silk filled comforters is guaranteed to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The use of a comforter cover is required to maintain your warranty. We are not responsible for damage, abuse or improper care, or for fabric worn by perspiration or oils.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose.
